Under the call signs HYLA11-14 four awesome B-52 Stratofortress strategic bombers arrive into RAF Fairford from Minot Air Force Base for a Bomber Task Force deployment. They arrived in the following order:

HYLA12 60-0023 ‘Bomber Barons’
HYLA11 60-0005 ‘War Birds
HYLA13 60-0034 ‘Wise Guy’ This particular jet was resurrected from the boneyard at Davis–Monthan Air Force Base in 2019
HYLA14 60-0026 ‘Dakota Avenger’

The jets were refuelled on the eastern seaboard of the US by ABBOT flight of three KC-135s from Pease Air National Guard Base, before being met by four KC-135s from RAF Mildenhall operating under LAGER call signs.

HYLA13 and 14 took part in a joint mission with Swedish JAS 39 Gripens and Norwegian F-35 stealth jets over Norway on their way to Fairford. Clearly a visible military handshake between existing NATO members and Sweden who are currently finalising their ascension to the alliance.
