The true detailed stories of four steam powered ships from the turn of the twentieth century illustrated using original photographs found amongst family possessions.
The ships are HMT Roslin Castle, HMHS Spartan, SS St. Louis and SS Suevic plus three other unidentified ships of a similar age.
The photographs were probably taken around Southampton, UK between 1899 & 1907 and coincided with Second Boer War shipping movements.
The stories were written by the narrator, Vince Poynter, filmed on an Apple iPhone X and edited on an Apple iPad Air 4 in iMovie using Keynote to construct the titles.
This is the second part of a mini-series of three videos outlining the stories of the ships in the family photographs with the final part telling the tale of who likely took the photographs and personal family connections to ships of the era.
