Kyiv says it struck 17 Russian positions, destroyed an artillery unit, and downed 6 drones and a Mi-24 helicopter. British Intelligence claims Russia’s assault on Bakhmut “has largely stalled”, likely due to extreme attrition of the Russian forces. The UK MoD says tensions between the Russian Defense Ministry and the Wagner Group are also responsible for the stalled invasion of Bakhmut.

Meanwhile, Ukraine's military intelligence claims Russian authorities in Crimea are selling their properties and taking their families away. The Russian army has acknowledged the loss of its Black Sea Fleet vessel, Saratov, a year after it was sunk by Ukraine in Zaporizhzhia.
