In this film, we look at the logistics involved in recovering the wreckage of the 1940 Taylorcraft B crash from Los Padres National park.
1. We will examine the types of helicopters that could move such a plane of this size
2. The type of flight plan parameters that one would use to minimize the cost of moving the plane with a helicopter to the nearest road system. Once at a road system it could be moved much more cheaply to a more permanent storage location.
3. Lastly we make a ballpark financial model at the cost invoiced in buying, crashing, and recovering this plan
