A Royal Navy warship fires off a gun salute as two military helicopters and a plane conduct a flypast for Her Majesty's Armed Forces in Scarborough, followed by an air display.

HMS Westminster fired a gun salute in recognition of the work the British armed forces do. This was then followed by a flypast of a Merlin, Wildcat and a Navy Wings Supermarine Seafire. The Wildcat and Seafire then conducted a display, along with a Stinson Reliant. RFA Tiderace of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary was also anchored in the bay.

Her Majesty's Armed Forces and all associated organisations put on a fantastic display for Armed Forces Day 2022. A brilliant event to thank them for their work in protecting the nation. #ArmedForcesDay ????????
