Let's play the new Minecraft 1.17.1 patch but with a twist!

Less than a year ago I discovered this game called Minecraft and I was enthralled. As someone who used to work in gamedev for years and years, I took the approach of a gamedev and dissected the game and its mechanics while still trying to learn to build creatively. But this is a test of how much I've learned in almost a year of playing.

Can I beat this challenge?

Mode: Half-Hearted Hardcore (no life regen).
Goal:
(1) Beat the Ender Dragon with only half a heart.
(2) Beat the Wither with only half a heart.
