Special B-17G for a soldier that flew on the actual Airplane Bomber. The Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress (B-17G) was engineered in the 1930s for the Army Air Corps. The recipient of this custom airplane model was a Radio Operator and Modelworks Took Great pleasure in "going the extra mile" to details the Interior with a cutout to show the bombs, Telecommunication room, and pilot cockpit. Every detail was fabricated from the Actual B-17. Photos from the actual Aircraft were used to fabricate this Military Airplane Model.
