In mid 1944, Germany started to introduce the new 'Wonder Weapons' such as rocket ant jet powered aircraft. At first, Allied pilots were shocked to see these strange new devices in the skies over Europe. Their older generation, propeller driven airplanes seemed completely inferior, but under the right circumstances, they could more than fight back. The first operational fighter in history was Messerschmitt Me-262. Who was the first pilot to shoot one of them down? And how did he (or they) achieve it? Find out in this video.
