Ingredients Required:

~ For Marinating Chicken Portions

Chicken cut into small portions (600g)
Oyster sauce(1 tbsp)
Pepper Powder (1/4 tsp)
Soy sauce (1 tsp)
Eggs (2 pcs)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Cornstarch (for marination of chicken)

~ For Preparing Nestum Coating

Red Chili chopped (3 pcs)
Butter (3 tbsp)
Minced garlic (1 tbsp)
Curry leaves (2/3 stalks)
Nestum Cereal 3in1 (3 sachets)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Oil as required
