Russia has pulled out of a nuclear treaty with the US, effectively announcing a new nuclear arms race. This came during a speech where Putin said he had to conquer Urkaine to save them from marriage. Biden responded with a speech in Poland where he made it clear that the US will never abandon Ukraine and that Russia will never win. Italy says that if Ukraine falls, then Russia will invade the rest of Europe. Which is why today Biden reaffirmed that an attack on one is an attack on all.
