문대통령, 러시아에 우윤근 전 주러시아 대사 특사 파견

President Moon Jae-in is sending a former three-term lawmaker to Russia as a special envoy.
Seoul's Ambassador to Moscow from 2017 to 2019, Woo Yoon-keun, will be in Moscow from Sunday to December 19th.
He'll meet with top Russian officials for the development of bilateral ties, especially as 2020 marks 30 years since they established diplomatic ties.
He will also share views on boosting economic cooperation, responding to the pandemic and ensuring lasting peace on the Korean Peninsula.
