Korea Aerospace Industries signed a 360 million U.S. dollar maintenance deal with Iraq.
Under the three-year deal,... it will provide repair and maintenance services for T-50I-Q advanced trainer jets operated by the Iraqi air force.
The aircraft manufacturer will provide training programs for pilots and engineers.
Back in 2013, it exported 24 of these jets to Iraq.
This is the first maintenance deal signed with another country... raising hopes that this could be a new revenue stream for the company.
