The Biden administration has started laying down the red carpet for PM Mod well ahead of his arrival in the U.S. on a state visit to Washington. According to Reuters, the Biden administration is all set to approve a deal that would allow General Electric Co to manufacture fighter jet engines for Indian military aircraft within India. The agreement finalizing the joint production of the engines is expected to be signed and announced during PM Modi’s official state visit to the United States in the third week of June.
