China is asking for what’s left of its balloon to be returned to them. They said that it doesn’t belong to the US and that it’s property of China. Sorry, that’s our Balloon now. The U.S tried to contact China several times during the balloon crisis but China couldn’t be reached. The U.S. also asked for the military heads to speak to smooth things over but China declined. Doubling down is a bold strategy.
