China says it will resolutely smash any form of Taiwanese independence. This comes as the US is preparing its biggest weapons sale to Taiwan yet. China says that the growing ties between the U.S. and Taiwanese military is “extremely wrong and a dangerous move”. The U.S. has become the Mayor of Asia in the past few months as it heals old wounds, creates new alliances, and turns foes into friends as it prepares a massive coalition to defend Taiwan.
